Hot Shots Tennis Court

Victoria’s first ever public Hot Shots Court designed to help kids and families learn and enjoy the game of tennis is now open in Brimbank.

The court at The Lakes Reserve, on Chichester Drive, Taylors Lakes, is unfenced for full public access and has a permanent net in place.

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is designed to get more children active in the sport and is played on smaller courts with smaller racquets and nets, and low compression balls. The reduced size makes it easy for children to participate and learn the sport from an early age.

We’re committed to helping our community get active and we know Brimbank loves tennis, so we jumped at the opportunity to work with Tennis Victoria to bring this public Hot Shots Court to our community.

The court is the result of a partnership between Tennis Victoria and Brimbank Council.

This follows Council’s ongoing support of the sport which has resulted in winning Tennis Victoria’s ‘Supporting Tennis – Local Government Recognition Award’ back to back in the past two years.

The construction of the Hot Shots Court is part of the stage three upgrade of The Lakes Reserve.
