Apply Now to Get In2Sport

Now is the time to apply for Brimbank’s sports membership subsidy program, In2Sport.

A priority application period for females and first time applicants opened on 22 January.

Applications for everyone else open on 19 February.

Under the program, children aged between six and 18 years are eligible to apply for up to $200 financial help (up to 75 per cent of the membership cost) to contribute to club fees. They must live in Brimbank and are a Health Care Card or Pension Concession Card holder.

In2Sport is a Winner!

In2Sport has been extremely successful in helping kids across Brimbank join in local sports.

Since the program was first introduced in early 2013 we’ve provided more than 2000 subsidised sports club memberships to help more than 1300 kids get involved in local sports.

Of these subsidised memberships, almost 900 have been for kids who had never played sport before.

This round of the 2017/2018 program will consider applications for participation in winter and year round sports including soccer, AFL football, rugby union, tennis, netball, basketball, volleyball and badminton.

The subsidy for successful applicants is passed on directly to the sports clubs through Brimbank City Council.
