A Christmas sing-along for the whole family

If you’ve been dreaming of a musical Christmas, come on down to Brimbank’s annual Carols at the Castle for an evening of Christmas sing-alongs that the whole family can join in.

Held at the spectacular Overnewton Castle in Keilor on Sunday 16 December, Carols at the Castle boasts a line-up of accomplished performers alongside everyone’s favourite Christmas elves, fairies and (rumour has it) Mr and Mrs Claus.

This wonderful, family event has long been a tradition for local families and a fantastic way to get into the spirit of Christmas.

Carols at the Castle is also an important fundraiser – with all money from ticket sales going to the Brimbank Community Fund, which supports Brimbank’s most vulnerable residents through grassroots solutions.

In the past four years, the Brimbank Community Fund has distributed around $45,000 to 11 local charities assisting young people with their education, employment and wellbeing.

This year Carols at the Castle returns to its traditional Sunday evening timeslot and will include even more sing-along numbers, food trucks, and fun.

Carols at the Castle features an array of talented stars from Brimbank, Melbourne’s west and beyond, directed by Musical Director Tracey Miller.

Albion’s own stage star, Aurora Kurth, will MC the event – using her sublime vocals and cheeky comic style to keep audiences entertained in between numbers.

Melbourne singer Rebecca Barnard and former Ferrets frontman Billy Miller will have audiences singing along to Christmas favourites.
