Community Satisfaction Survey

Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year Local Government Victoria conducts a state-wide community satisfaction survey.

The survey measures the community’s level of satisfaction with Council’s performance in relation to

  • overall performance
  • community consultation
  • advocacy
  • making community decisions
  • sealed local roads
  • customer service, and
  • overall Council direction, as well as 23 service areas.

The report highlights Brimbank’s results, benchmarked against: Council’s performance in the previous year, State-wide results, and the Melbourne Metro group.
