New business owners will learn how to make their marketing stand out and measure its success. The seminar demystifies the marketing process and guides participants through the steps to create a sound marketing budget and plan. From traditional activities to the latest in online marketing, the seminar will enable you to develop an effective marketing strategy for your business.

Go Online – A Start-up Guide for Business Seminar– Wednesday 29 April 2015

With today’s customers used to the convenience of Internet shopping and many essential business services going digital, being online has never been so important. This seminar guides you through the essential steps to take advantage of the benefits of being online, from setting up a website to dealing with suppliers, engaging with customers via social media and putting an e-commerce framework in place.

Small Business Counselling - Thursday 16 April 2015
9.30am to 11.30am at Brimbank Council Municipal Offices, 704b Old Calder Highway, Keilor 3036, (no charge)

If you are a micro-business operator with an ABN, you can receive a 30 minute session with an experienced Business Counsellor from the Business Enterprise Centre at Kangan Institute. Business Counsellors provide general business advice and guidance. Bookings are required on Tel. 9094 3008.
