Orchestra Victoria is headed west to the Bowery Theatre in St Albans for a brand new series of chamber concerts.

This is a rare opportunity to experience live orchestral music from one of Australia’s premier arts companies in Brimbank.

Starting in April, the Lazy Sundays series will include four chamber concerts in the 200-seat Bowery Theatre, part of the newly opened St Albans Community Centre (STACC).

To celebrate Easter, Orchestra Victoria will present Masterpiece: Seven last words of our Saviour on the Cross, Op 51, by Joseph Haydn, on Sunday 2 April.

Orchestra Victoria is the performance partner of Australia’s premier performing arts companies – The Australian Ballet, Opera Australia, Victorian Opera and The Production Company.

Orchestra Victoria will return to the Bowery Theatre to perform Lazy Sundays on:

  • Sunday 6 August – Roving Brass
  • Sunday 22 October – Shostakovich
  • Sunday 10 December – Christmas Crackers.
