Well here it is!

Come to our National Ride2Work Day event on Wednesday 14 October from 7.30-9am to celebrate the official opening of the new 4.8km Sunshine Trail shared user path.

Where?

Start your day in a healthier way! Bring your bike and the family to this no charge community celebration of all things cycling.

Join us for a 

  • community breakfast including  a sausage sizzle and delicious healthy options;
  • bike tune ups courtesy of Ray’s Bicycles; and
  • massages courtesy of Total Wellbeing Massage & Naturopathy.

Take the opportunity to explore the Sunshine Trail by bike, or even on foot.


Sunshine Trail
The Sunshine Trail stretches from the Western Ring Road to Stony Creek in Brimbank, where it continues into Maribyrnong to Tottenham Station.


National Ride2Work
National Ride2Work is the largest celebration of commuter riding in Australia. The day celebrates the benefits of riding to work and brings together the communities that support it.

Brimbank City Council’s National Ride2Work Day event, including the official opening of the Sunshine Trail will be held on Wednesday 14 October 2015, at Tom O’Brien Park, Matthews Hills Reserve, Matthews Street, Sunshine, from 7.30-9am.
