Good Sports Awards
The Good Sports Awards Program is funded by VicHealth, The Transport Accident Commission, and Department of Health and Human Services, and recognises community sports clubs for their commitment to improving their club culture. The awards recognise community clubs and people who show leadership in encouraging healthy behaviours to tackle alcohol, obesity, and mental health issues through sport.

Significant Achievement
This award recognises Sunshine Heights Cricket Club’s work in embracing multiculturalism and putting the welfare of their players before alcohol.

It's wonderful to see a Brimbank club being recognised at a national level for welcoming people for all corners of the globe and not relying on alcohol for funding.

Council commends the Sunshine Heights Cricket Club on its fantastic work and on this significant achievement!
